My wife and I have experimented with several penis extensions. This one is probably a little longer than 6.5 inches. The base plate really could be taken off and the strap was useless. Now the good part. For size it is was very comfortable and stimulating to my wife. We have larger penis extensions that she likes sometimes but this one we can make love for a long time and she can have multiple orgasms and not have any discomfort. Well worth the money. The design could be better. A larger model might be worth having also. Good product.
